EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

/ If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it in accordance with our policy:

Exchange of goods must be made no later than 3 (three) business days from the date of receiving your order
The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
In all cases, except for manufacturing defects or an incorrect item being sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is returned in a condition other than its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Only after we receive your returned item will your refund be processed using the original payment method. Exchange items will be sent within 5 working days
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If returning items via courier services, please ensure the package is securely packed. We cannot guarantee that items will not be lost or damaged during transit, and the buyer assumes responsibility for the quality of delivery
